TAO is our signature restaurant, offering cuisine with influences from both East and West. One side of the dining room is opened up facing the sea, providing the contrasting sights and sounds of the Caribbean and the starry sky.

Cariblue was our first restaurant, named after the beautiful bay on which we are situated. It provides guests with a beautiful breakfast buffet, complete with almost anything you could think of. Lunch and dinner follow at the times shown.
At breakfast, there will be a live egg station cooking eggs the way you like them; fried, poached, scrambled or as a filled omelette with an endless choice of fillings. European style pastries and an abundance of fresh tropical fruits are piled up on the air-conditioned and marble topped purpose-built buffet area.
At lunch-time, when the Deli and Pavilion also provide daily alternatives, the chefs work together to provide not only healthy and organic options, but they also add an international theme every day; French, Indian, Chinese, Mexican are a few of the selections. On our lunch buffets, the dishes are marked for their content and these labels can be used as a helping guide to your chosen diet.
In the evening, Cariblue is a relaxing venue for dinner. Here you will find a selection of menus changing every night and named after typical St Lucia blooms; Oleander, Frangipani, Ginger Lily, Jasmine……
The menus comprise a delicious cornucopia of simple meat and fish dishes that are also heart healthy and with a significant choice for vegans and vegetarians. We have also marked those dishes that originate from an Ayurvedic background together with labels for nut, gluten and dairy free items.
As with all menus at BodyHoliday we balance the healthy with the slightly indulgent.
At night, Cariblue’s buffet area is transformed into Windows – a chic evening-only eatery where our chefs showcase their talents with imaginative tasting menus and wine pairings. This informal dinner allows you to choose whether you watch as each dish is designed at the chef’s station or simply kick back and let each dish arrive at your table overlooking the tropical gardens and the beach.
Other evening dinner venues; Cariblue, Tao and the Pavilion are all open to the outdoors, however Windows is air-conditioned.
As the style here is a set table d’hote menu with each dish paired with suitable wines, it works best to have two sittings. These are at 7:00pm and 9:00pm and reservations are required.
Note: The Windows tasting menu is included in your “All-Inclusive” rate, however the wine pairings are taken from our fine wine selection and as such are priced separately on the menu. If you do not wish to sample the recommended pairings, ask your server for the inclusive wines on offer in Cariblue.
There is a cycle of five menus weekly, changing style and origin each evening. Our sommeliers have selected the most appropriate wines to pair with each dish and this activity is one of the reasons that ‘Wine Spectator” regularly awards a “Restaurant Award” to BodyHoliday.

Along the boardwalk, set on a seaside terrace with tables shaded under almond trees, the open-air Deli is the perfect destination for late breakfast, brunch, light lunchand for grazing through the day when peckish. Here, you’ll find everything from a morning espresso or a menu of smoothies to light salads, grilled Paninis and decadent treats just a barefoot step from the beach. You must try the Deli’s exquisite sandwichesand tasty wraps.
It’s a perfect solution for lunch when you have come off the beach and just can’t be bothered to go and change for the restaurant.
The Deli is open from 9:00am to 5:00pm daily. These timings allow you to sleep late and not miss breakfast, plus it’s handy having an all day eatery when you have a number of spa treatments and/or classes to attend.
The Deli is located just off the beach, close to the activities pool, Water-sports and the Sailing Club.
The Pavilion Grill is situated on the Boardwalk, a step from the beach and adjacent to the Clubhouse Bar. This eatery is designed not only as a casual option to TAO annd Cariblue, but also gives guests a wider range of dining times. Since it opens with lunch at 12:pm, it offers guests an early lunnch option alternnate to the Deli.
At dinner, those looking for an early night after active days can take advantage of the 6:30pm opening time. The Grill is open each day for lunch annd every evening with the exception of Wednesdays.
There is no need to reserve a table.
The food style here is simple and healthy. As the name suggests, the Pavilion team grill steaks, kebabs, fresh fish and seafood in front of your eyes. The keynote feature of the Pavilion is its genuine clay Pizza oven. The idea being that you design your own Pizza and then it is cooked to order.
To supplement this, there is a buffet style salad bar and each day a variety of other hot dishes, curries, pastas and casseroles are prepared for you to help yourself.
The guilty pleasures are too in the form of a delicious eye catching selection of desserts from our own bakery.
Lunch from 12:00pm to 2:00 pm. Afternoon tea is served from 4:00pm to 6.00 pm.
Dinner with the exception of Wednesdays, from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
Served daily from 4:00pm-6:00pm in the Pavilion at the Clubhouse.
A BRITISH TRADITION LOVED GLOBALLY
There is an old British adage saying “Everything stops for tea”. However, at BodyHoliday, that isn’t possible as we cannot stop pampering our guests in the Wellness Centre, or stop teaching guests to sail or water-ski.
Problem solved: we serve Afternoon Tea until the sun goes down.
Delicious dainty cakes and pastries, finger sandwiches, scones and cream, plus an endless range of teas. Definitely one of our guilty pleasures!
