September Solos 1st – 27th Sept

First of all, for those interested in a retreat dedicated to solo wellness travel, BodyHoliday offers very special plans. As a result, during the month of September, the resort designs each guest a personalised schedule of daily spa treatments. Added to this, fitness classes and an array of land and water sports.

The fun part is an assortment of hosted group activities, that range from cocktail and dinner parties to sunset cruises. Above all, it is Solo Wellness Travel with a large dose of fun.

Every year, we invite guest fitness trainers to lead the activities.

Anthony Lynch

Anthony has been in the fitness industry for nearly 20 years.

He has held many roles in the fitness industry across various countries – fitness instructor, gym manager, personal trainer, owner of one of the top training facilities in Ireland, lecturer and master coach.

Max Evans

Max is a former Professional Rugby player. He earned 44 International Caps for Scotland and represented Professional Clubs, Harlequins, Glasgow Warriors and Castries Olympique. He was a Finalist on ITVs hit show Dancing On Ice in 2018.

Thom Evans

Thom is currently an Actor & Model. He is a former Professional Rugby player. He earned 10 International Caps for Scotland and represented Professional Clubs, London Wasps and Glasgow Warriors.

Lauren Jamieson

Lauren began to pursue her dreams of being a professional dancer when she made the move from Glasgow to London on acceptance to the The Urdang Academy. Whilst in her second year of training, she performed her first professional job on Strictly Come Dancing


Octoba Yoga 13th October – 3rd November

A truly restorative vacation during October, when BodyHoliday becomes the ultimate yoga retreat.
